, E% g- K' {2 l0 Q2 ~" m" X• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 1 p# m* f' b& Y; [- \5 O4 _+ H/ Q' U2 k
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
7 z% q, Y& P# e. b" @• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
' `- j$ N3 R' }$ a• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
1 d$ Z0 @- ~8 z! o, }+ i1 }• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; x) [9 \! X- j2 z+ b9 m
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;

Education / Experience
C# O5 T8 @3 T" t; I5 }! B• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; . D* e0 H2 b/ D8 g, w
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; ) y) v5 ]) d* l+ _+ {
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; 4 M2 X5 r/ H1 P
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
