Job Duties / Responsibilities7 @4 B: h, R; p2 h
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) + _: x. i! C) e* [4 R/ L* c& U
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
m) K8 _$ D- s# g• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
, } ^$ T; d4 D- }* `• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;5 W! ^% q3 [; G4 S6 `1 L4 x% o: l
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
! O6 h: i% X5 h, U# w5 |7 o• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
* j4 m( J3 X* P2 f• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
4 Q0 p1 D$ s& R, H• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
! Y7 b# c" Y0 d' ^( G- @& j1 {• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
. X6 B8 N4 m+ F! J: C a• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
