Nowadays the sound "zh" is popular, but personally I think it a dialect, at least differenct from the dictionary phonetics, which however may refer to British sound. 5 O' _7 ?- v1 x% R- r* x2 ~! |6 p

For instance, module can be pronounced "d", but local people, including online dictionary, speak it as "zh".
