C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
5 U$ {  L7 w, N$ D2 t•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
$ _# R! @8 I) @! n( I# J•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
& r7 b. N, D1 x•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
3 _3 }, Q# X) T3 @•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
7 ]; q1 z2 c1 W3 C+ F+ cMandatory Requirements:
2 J' l, L) @+ v5 B: m# R. J4 B5 A•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
& ~& M" f6 t: O•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
$ ~3 ~# l& k- C  k- d( A% M, Z$ k•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
# [/ ]8 b% J& M$ Q2 `•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
$ S7 e3 O+ ^% D) ?•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
. E3 i0 P; F. _' f& mDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
