/ \& i/ `8 y' O2 ?' W7 KC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
( \. F& ^% ~/ X  r" jDuties:
1 V+ ~. \! [( E' U9 m•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
, {1 E' T9 w& ?. F•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
7 D4 h* x/ X5 s. S6 J•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
7 z2 U5 e; s0 s* C•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
! a* O2 X- x9 o•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
. O% W( B+ U3 J•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
8 I9 g) K) f. m8 _. \3 v•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
* P) u* V' ^, ]•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
# ^5 ^" H5 |$ g8 p+ x/ pMandatory Requirements:
* r$ Q3 R" j! R3 y, a2 e* L0 }9 d/ a•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
+ ^- i8 l9 G- E  P6 |% v/ r•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
  G( y8 g' P6 v& Q- N, f# k( ^•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
1 H' R9 ~5 Z: G# O" X•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

5 C' m' N( ^; [$ _5 D& u•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
