' T. N; P1 a. x( VC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
2 i- M3 G5 C, |. k/ aDuties:
4 e+ k2 f7 s5 R•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
3 K/ E# n' Y! B/ j•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
% _7 ?; v# [7 D3 p% t•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
! K9 p# P# w+ Q" y  ^( q0 O•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
: V! M' F& N) {3 n* Z' q. q•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
; x6 S! p1 o! j) L1 }Mandatory Requirements:
( r4 t$ B: h( i1 X•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
4 P$ [7 w" T* A•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
2 o9 D& R0 Z- H* l9 VDesirable Requirements:
: C% ~" F& h/ z' P# Q•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
# w! L" r  B5 g8 L•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
