- ^. O6 s2 ?+ s- e- _2 S- b, hC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
* u% m% v% n9 D) @" r; _Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
1 n# p8 L" ~' W! ?" W) z•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
( b) F* N3 U% z( I•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
8 p* P1 y- H8 M1 ~•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
' O/ j) W- c% H0 l& E. y5 v•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
, s" C3 s# t; |" d: {•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
  ~" P( E2 j: ^8 vDesirable Requirements:
0 Q4 C+ v* f$ k•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
