5 V. A; j' c4 H7 N# X4 R* n: [0 w' @C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
4 q5 B1 c9 {& k& x: pDuties:
3 A1 T/ j! X2 a* f$ a5 [•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
/ ^: P( o* B" m7 Q- {8 @•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
3 Z+ x5 h5 N7 F' u! }& ^8 o6 n•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
4 }0 d) t! q; t3 ]1 s. m•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
: i# x+ W) o) K( {* X5 G7 i3 A7 B•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
- I5 V% {8 {% w8 |7 B& }5 `0 tMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
$ i+ f/ G9 N0 P, n% Z/ N•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
& K; g" f9 {. n: q! U; j# p•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
0 u1 B& _# K9 Q! G4 kDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
5 X4 `. P) \8 J8 C7 E•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
