! i& l4 o8 d9 \$ y( {. TC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
3 {( r1 L" i" [' A•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
& t4 m! p# u3 d& \# S•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
+ C; b  o" m% P1 [1 o; b•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
+ z2 [4 {; J* _! n5 H" h3 ?•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
; p' [  ]2 l* [1 Q•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
5 P! {. W/ U; Q  H( z$ v) G" F•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
0 f8 T  O, F% U; H+ X/ V2 u1 S/ j% t•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
2 R, H8 j: \7 n- h9 R0 C8 ^Mandatory Requirements:
# h! M' ]  @" }$ E•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
" _# b' i' C/ @, i( r0 U•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
- o' m* K5 ]. z3 c•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
7 z( _4 p; Q+ D•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
