C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
9 o* ^, F% }9 ^& e1 O/ p( p•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
  _: @: P! e7 a' ~•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
% Q+ H& m4 v' I! {* X. [$ u•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
+ T9 e, m! A- s, Z4 n4 B2 tMandatory Requirements:
  i+ ~1 C/ {$ U: |•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
" R- h8 A: g  P) p! U, c•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
; y' H' y& [' R/ R: I, M0 f* u2 B9 a•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
: g2 I! P3 r; `7 A) w2 ~+ A4 T3 {•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
; _3 D, m4 d2 T•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
: D) ~# j+ e2 s& w3 @•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
