• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.0 V9 T! n; a4 c
• SAP match reporting and monthly management4 x! z( y; n g& L- q* @
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
9 g% ~$ S7 h* E0 @• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
3 E+ c9 {: L4 G v) x• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
