• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
# S2 j5 y. U. S( J" j# v& r: {• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.; m8 k2 R/ H0 f: U8 b2 O
• SAP match reporting and monthly management7 Y( d" a" `2 v# a! P
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies. M) I% Q4 R, ]7 I
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
- B0 M7 l2 e+ o+ ?+ p4 e- y; O1 R* N• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
4 K/ {" u+ r: @0 Y• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.5 y; M7 k" Y+ R+ N$ f
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.2 t4 D5 e% d+ p/ E
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training4 k2 n2 u9 V/ r( H9 |

• Grade 12 or equivalent
. h8 T/ d* m Y, A$ q6 N1 n$ x• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)# K' G7 u8 e! F+ \
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience5 T4 c/ Q8 s' s2 t% F1 `
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater; r- t) |; O: a0 K% m
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
