0 V8 X' C# z$ g) ?• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
0 X. K7 f! B+ j/ q. [- w• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.6 c, l" T; w& f: O' Y
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
' M3 G8 u0 `7 t0 F' I# F• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.6 C* o2 A; Y' x
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
9 x% Y  R1 k! q( l& U• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.# h9 u7 w' m  o" F2 c- h. X. H
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.# q" G# y0 Z7 }  g7 C
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
" T4 V7 Y( u  I9 R5 n• Order business cards as required.
" ~3 B: J# L" {) `• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
% M( n  Q5 q$ O5 T/ A. V* W• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
1 v' j& J' @! t9 B• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
. P  |( v6 m; Q• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
5 O" M: q# E! }6 d1 t7 q" J! V• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training
" B3 p( v: r, ?* g* K" u. O. `& a9 q- j+ L

, N! |* ^# _" e" f6 x2 I2 y, QEducation / Experience
3 b5 R! o5 Q$ n$ ], G• Grade 12 or equivalent
! D! _1 v, u! A# }2 x• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)8 `9 D2 M' m; s  a1 i, I
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
7 f7 q- U8 L5 x3 ]! S9 _; Z3 K• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
& m" x& K% J9 C* }! A% ~7 k• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
/ y4 Q, }! ?) _: u+ \• Attention to detail is required. : r0 L/ ]% }1 r+ X, _- o/ N& u3 U
• High level of customer service skills is a must.; O9 u* v0 l5 @1 d; P( k9 o+ j
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
