Job Duties / Responsibilities
9 X, C3 V, O7 C- N! W% Z% n• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
& y7 b9 o: P0 u' w, K: Q, i* U• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.9 k3 H) `- M8 V% P9 ?
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
R% q+ Y: D8 n9 ^• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
( L g( z/ ]; v0 F" J2 h• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
( G0 ^9 e) n' e: @8 ~ N6 T• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
" A! `' {8 t+ P$ a. r9 W2 t/ s3 j• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
9 ^' F# Q/ A+ K2 N* R% i• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements., K0 i' Q+ Y: i4 B4 Q: V8 @" [+ _
• Order business cards as required.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.# k! E; a9 B, D/ M# ?& o
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.+ p2 u8 [& z- } x; w
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
f) r1 W& M4 G; v8 V• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training8 o# Q% }' `. n+ z& M& o

/ c3 E) J/ j7 {! d ^Education / Experience
5 T& N. _6 a- ^& p/ R; y8 B• Grade 12 or equivalent+ w! j' _. K- k
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
- P- G1 y- c" t5 K• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
- J+ u8 g4 L" ]- _9 C/ w• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater

• Attention to detail is required.
