8 l: L5 @3 T0 @! d: H• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.2 O  P( ~6 N' q/ w7 }
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.# _) U/ @: j$ t1 e  P
• SAP match reporting and monthly management+ H5 _+ [. d  V4 i8 k& o
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
% b8 ^' d- O0 D+ `• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
: G  D' I1 R. y. C• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
0 }+ d  B% s* \( C+ j5 o% {• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
7 b1 g) E5 c" |• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.2 R$ }! j0 y9 K9 D5 V$ b
• Order business cards as required.
, U4 \& L, m8 p9 e; }: n8 X• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)7 A" @% m/ m- R8 d
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
: @" }1 J( G5 K+ u• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
$ ?4 w6 ?. p/ q% }; x• Vacation relief for other administrative staff., l* R( |9 E8 U- A4 o* s# ?
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• Grade 12 or equivalent
' D4 o4 Y* K7 e2 }2 k) e$ e• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
- k( T: B/ i7 X0 ]• 3-5 years of related administrative experience0 R/ z/ B! U* y- a; j6 ]' ?
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater2 B- ^# |( Q" q. j7 o
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
