9 v( h5 J" Q# PJob Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
, C( X0 Q4 f; `4 B' r• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
/ h. v: S( `# ]* W/ p• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
0 G" D6 d. x+ n) ^" c• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
) n; H1 R3 ?. C, g/ G! N• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
1 K4 U, _/ Y/ T" V+ Y• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
