Job Duties / Responsibilities
4 q3 A. @6 L2 r0 NThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
8 y7 S+ I  t& [# n2 ^& N8 ]• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
! Q5 Q, S; D- X& n# z• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
8 b# _; S2 B8 }9 p1 ^) J7 X• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
- r" V* J% }( J# o; @2 L• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
# G8 y, z7 q' h9 a/ \' f, Z• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
! W8 U" F) X+ X$ A9 x1 U: l• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
! H" O( ~6 n! X, f6 K! X• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

4 f" q) F' O7 L& lEducation / Experience
! z  A* |5 G+ I4 R/ g! ~• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
1 K, k5 E2 [' f2 a• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
# R  S2 V3 w, }# m2 ]) G" r• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
9 b7 p% T7 Z9 b. ^1 X5 H• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
