2 \/ b6 p6 l' `1 o0 m3 PNo, it breaks down slowly because of its high C:N. It makes a very attractive mulch as well, so if you have a lot of it I suggest spreading it on top of autumn leaves around trees or shrubs, or at the back of the bed where weeding is a chore.
