We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
6 a7 @1 R+ y8 `, ^. d• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings ) w+ j* w1 K" w: a2 |0 h
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
% s% `7 M/ z0 u% o• Promoting TBL products and services
) b* n" |( @2 O$ {( S• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance " E5 \( h- |3 k- x- g1 q9 P
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
, w. K/ A4 o/ C0 w& z! ?• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times ! z% ~; R3 g! s" Y* l% `5 y
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
