The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.% } j( m# P; |: g. Q0 f

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
& d3 v% c) ], R6 q& E3 z• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings m3 o% Y$ k8 X3 ^3 @
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 7 G4 e; C/ a% E( ]- N
• Promoting TBL products and services 5 h7 X& X0 C7 e) M2 t Y1 S- p
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 9 ?) I$ [( i& U- X
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
- U+ e( t2 V, z' Q• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta ) A J6 O0 }- E) N
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry) i$ v1 u+ P! I9 C) w1 R
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
3 _- J$ L' ~; c, D9 a$ S+ [0 X• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
! t9 h0 W7 G; i7 D( l• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.+ Q$ v( l9 m" f& Z6 |- \% h

 Professional, diplomatic and self-starter
