# D% U3 V# J, C5 IWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry." {( i0 {* j6 H. U

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations 2 p# l0 c. Y* O R2 T& s
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings : r& d) w! Y# v- u8 M1 A8 s3 S
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
; q3 B; s: y; ~& j1 Q7 q• Promoting TBL products and services 1 b$ ] T Q# B% U* d8 n
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 6 x9 p! Z# b. E: D1 E
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
, c) {2 ]7 C! v) ^0 V% F/ X• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
