We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry., j9 [- y4 B0 H3 {/ H) o) t$ {

9 m N( H8 U3 T; Q+ G• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
. w+ N8 }! S) j3 F3 R1 R• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
; `# n! s/ H; Y6 g, ]8 N9 @+ j• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ) I1 \8 G5 N6 }5 H5 ]
• Promoting TBL products and services
. R% V5 N( a c% A" A1 L* r• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
6 h/ h6 M- B% k3 Q3 \8 y• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
3 a; C! q' }; O• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
" F9 r$ W+ a- N7 F1 f( n• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry+ k# X" k# W5 `$ p0 _# y
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 2 P- L) P% M- b0 U7 G3 F1 p
• Arranging catering for various meetings ( G0 g; k9 P& W4 B1 u, b
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office + K4 c+ K5 T' V9 C
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience 2 X" J9 x! a3 s
• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling( C$ n) e. Z! ]0 ?: E8 P
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.! {+ }2 r$ @$ p, E# ]

X! l1 I$ b! f Strong work ethic

 Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
