Educational requirement:

 Post-Secondary education with specialization in a relevant discipline, or! H% _' F3 }8 v d6 F4 I7 w
 A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.$ q, F* M6 j4 h3 [" [$ I. o
' x* k! d% o8 T* `7 tOther requirements:1 J6 u7 ?, I* C, a$ c
 Experience in working with seniors and senior services;0 x4 _! h" E6 F% O3 z3 l) r: D7 O
 Staff supervision and human resources experience;' J/ ]- C3 W }: e1 b; T
 Budget preparation and financial reporting;% O7 `# n1 l) P- V$ i. E( J
 Procurement and service contract management; Y$ P6 a5 ^5 }6 S7 \' n- \
 General building management;
- [4 p0 ]! P/ W4 h4 e Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
; M8 G( L3 u" j- [6 c* @$ o Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
