& V2 T7 G6 l% K2 v5 ^( BWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

5 X8 ^# Q+ Y- o$ oEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
9 J. [& D5 J, }& @        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
, Z' k: Q" G( h% R3 ^" B        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
8 ]/ ~# A& A5 F+ R* R        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
: Z1 y  T2 R3 f; t" f        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
/ f& A/ B6 A6 `& ~' ]* B2 e        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
