We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
7 n; r+ \* y/ E- W+ X        University Degree, or
/ o% D2 Z  R+ D2 b        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
- ?7 d% c$ |7 o6 l4 F, _# a, P        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
1 e8 G& T/ F3 n1 Y        General building management;
: s! k1 ]" Q. K+ V' }4 [        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
1 ^. W$ Z! g) a: u) x        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
