• Minimum of 5 years experience in Document Control in the Oil & Gas Industry.
/ e& L0 }1 \# o) U& Q) z0 B• Experience with Autocad/Microstation would be an asset.
• Computer applications experience with, MS Office, is mandatory;
! P) `. K2 V, D  d% R- ]6 Z6 L• Expert knowledge of drawing management and drawing image management systems is required; Filenet
+ I+ _3 k& n2 a/ v- T• Good interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision is a must;

• Working experience with File Classifications;
4 s3 Y5 c9 `' N- z* l$ F3 f2 L$ l• Experience managing engineering and other technical records;
• Working knowledge with Records Management software (Versatile Enterprise).
