Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer
/ d7 ~8 Y6 c4 q. h/ f: g: D$ FAssemble containers and crates, record contents manually or in computer system, pack goods to be shipped and affix identifying information and shipping instructions
$ G5 o3 a' {7 W- [* n! g2 o% F9 S4 |& jOversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
% r& M3 q3 I1 n) G$ HUnpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas
* W. \9 Y- ^, o2 `0 h) `Maintain internal, manual or computerized record-keeping systems
