Job Description:
" m! v8 O- N* N* k  O) G' |, |Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
( ~8 p& P7 ^9 u. E" sAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
3 q" d) u: X" xAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
6 ?; Y4 K( N- m, vSell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
5 s3 _" g$ G; \/ P/ B& e: U$ }7 rMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
' a- O+ @2 E+ O/ }# {" qHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

: d' C( R9 k7 D6 A* I         Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
