• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

7 Y5 a5 ?$ _( T- |. Ydistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
' h  w9 ~0 v" M% w0 h) q1 q8 q• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
' u: E3 q3 ~$ _9 V9 l" H8 L) p" e. S5 {• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
0 }- c( s2 s: a7 `$ b0 k• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
4 B9 D1 ]* C6 w9 Y+ l2 ?• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
6 g0 S; r: e% y# X" E: J. b$ g3 f• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
7 B0 I  ?1 x5 \7 b9 mresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
) e) E; q7 D% u; s! _9 W, d• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
1 v; q! Q* J2 P5 K1 E, T! j• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
$ x. ]+ s* ]% v0 H$ ]: R• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
7 ]2 Z2 Y; f- ]+ b7 U• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
8 G1 N, c5 E9 I7 E• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

- @( r; K0 z7 |• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
* o( ?' R5 G" a5 F' c• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
2 N2 ~' Q7 k1 B* ~' `- T• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
0 j! X. L, Q& L# \, D& e( B5 T• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
& O: @$ U# \9 |1 F  S• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

5 z! ^/ j" k' O. M! I  FEducation / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
, U1 ~2 O8 {9 l7 G9 X9 i& ~8 X• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
. i( ~0 [% P- Q2 V8 T• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
9 ?/ p2 I+ Q6 H& s• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
