depending on if the condo fee includes the utilities or not, also depending on if it comes with a single or double garage.

You can't do the calculation this way. Condo fee is different than property tax, and condo has its own annual property tax as well. Condo fee includes water/sewer, water, exterior maint, insurance and stuff, which means you don't have to do much housekeeping work, like clean up after a big snow. This one probbly includes heating as well.
