1. Read contract carefully. Builder always like to release his responsibilities thru  Contract.

3. Be aware that seller always push buyer to buy with all kinds of method.
$ D7 b% G* |2 W' y: t# U8 I4. Perform site visit to see what is around the lot you chose. Any power line. Transformer  Neighborhood, etc.  
. m5 a( {$ W9 j* C1 g5. Ask information on future development of community and school information.
6. Ask about traffic information.
7 q% p" R4 f. l7. Compare the price and quality of different builders.

# M0 \4 e% s+ a. o* k/ A好多小区盖房子的builder都是exclusive的，只能选他们。比较他们的reputation，选择自己喜欢的户型。 到2楼走走，质量一般的一楼嘎吱嘎吱的  O(∩_∩)O
