A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Arrange courier services for all departments

Administration

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries4 B8 H( H# a/ ^" Z9 A( [
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency

• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers * p% n u8 e% P* \; T
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution& D/ l, U8 k- p* v$ Q: D; B, N, `
• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments
' R2 X* Q1 N" u• Assemble and forward information packets as requested

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

: Z& K8 C2 {+ N' d& |4 z. F, x• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
. {! }% S, G5 j3 R, F4 w• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
0 s# ^4 I; }6 Y# c* h• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
