Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). 1 S6 {/ G7 K, N$ V7 i; {4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof.+ B, y( u5 t# }" N6 M" w
5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling." |2 t# ^- j* j% }! ~' F

A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
