# Y, |' k* b6 E' ]Responsibilities: oversee programming; facility requirements, advertising, registration and instructor contracts; assist with rentals: advertising, bookings, contracts, inspections and customer service; assist with the development and implementation of a marketing plan related to facility operation; direct staff and volunteers in regards to programs & facility operation.

" [, R2 t. r1 x* v- Y% b4 aPLUS: write reports/recommend policy around facility operation to the board; develop resources & resource material in the area of community programming & facility operation; plan/implement leisure needs assessment, trends research & public consultation, then recommend strategies to provide enhanced customer service. ; Z$ ~/ v7 T& g" ]! Requirements: A post-secondary diploma/degree is preferred. Experience in programming and administration is essential. You have proven analytical and problem solving skills. You must be innovative, creative/work well on your own. ! y3 |& ]9 V! z6 ~/ E5 k
1 e2 y& H( e, w7 N* F5 yIn addition: you have a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, collaborative/communication skills, and the ability to work positively-effectively in a team environment. You are computer literate & knowledgeable in the use of MS Office programs and internet applications. . a b4 Q# o- W' L& N. K0 O
