My parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good+ `3 z( ?9 `& D

有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 + ]8 t: ^% A5 m 3 {5 N; b9 k2 i- C. ], `做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
