现有空房（卧室）一间，六月初即可入住。 地处市中心10020-103ave，交通便利，临近churchill 地铁站，1路2路，9路等公交车站步行仅须3分钟。 距离麦科文学院(Grand McEwan college) 步行仅5,6分钟, 同时毗邻NAIT and Alberta college等学院 and Alberta public library，极为方便。购物环境极佳，靠近city center mall , save on food , saveway,future shop, lucky 97' and easy to go superstore by LRT（地铁）等大型商场和超级市场。
