! P, O: Q1 R/ I+ K; RPosition Overview        This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
2 ~) F7 X: L, y, S( GResponsibilities        In this position, you will:
3 {/ U( `$ ]# X( P; t• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
$ f! b* E$ y! m3 e" U" P  Y• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
# ~% m/ \$ G; `/ m• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects;
7 H; J# q' F- H: J" B• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
