, @3 x% l8 J4 L: g3 V( d0 RKey Responsibilities:
! |, A0 C+ l2 O* b$ h To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
3 Q& a0 M' |' E' W0 r, @ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
$ P  h9 q, A2 s+ t! S  G9 G" o5 T To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
! N( s' O0 @2 H$ L+ q" p  q To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
9 d, G3 }3 k+ o 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
& {- v# j9 e: l0 P. l$ T. m; @ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
9 {/ V/ Y6 s/ }5 V& K& I' I Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
