Housing Program Worker

Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
$ E. H3 ^" h, b To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
2 P% E+ V. j5 W" i! j To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
/ \9 ]+ B* y  _ To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

. ~$ @% p) K' ?/ zQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
3 F0 M/ w. G7 e Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
0 l/ k1 X4 F  ?0 X1 t6 r Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
5 ^4 F( L2 B/ v+ B7 j2 u Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
