Key Responsibilities:
  X/ R/ x) g, x3 ^ To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
; L& i4 W' h; e3 M( e7 E9 G To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
/ w, q  x) }# a6 _( R To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
; E6 [8 `0 t% p$ R6 h. t4 X To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
6 r8 y* u: s! H$ H To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

+ U* v( j$ z. k8 AQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
/ [0 a8 r0 l" h( }% s- { 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
1 f% D5 [' g8 e  _) y1 q$ f Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
