Housing Program Worker

+ x1 }& m- k; }* o; [Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
( O4 R& k7 n3 q$ A0 u To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
0 ~9 }+ E2 Q6 U To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
' F- a0 o; q3 M! W: G! t0 C 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
) C) O, \) ^5 { Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
5 ], b2 N, e/ p# l& G1 O# | Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
