听说互联网上可以查到一种通过遥控器给DVD机解除区域限制码的方法，这样我们在北美买的DVD机就可以成为全球制式的通用机了。

据说Sony DVP NS-400D是最难hack的一种。不过我找到了一个办法。先声明：我不确定这个办法是否有效。我也不能为这个办法导致的一切后果负责。你必须自己决定是否尝试这个办法，并自负其责。

This Hack Works on the dvp-ns400d
the all in one remote is the kameleon all in one fron argos （平常注：我不知道这是什么东西，也许是Sony的一种all in one remote吧。）

- [  U8 z" u/ X  H- xtried all region disks and they all worked


1)Put SONY DVD player in standby mode with red light on
' `3 K6 H. `! s) |9 T2)Type DVD Key on the One for all remote
9 |  C" o( l. M. S2 |3)Type and hold Magic Key until two blinks then type 994
4)type Magic key
8 p& V( ^" b0 ?& O$ Q  E; C: u$ y" b- w5)Then type 189 and 1 on the remote (to assign function 189 to the "1" Key)you see two blinks

7)Then type 255 and 2 on the remote (to assign function 255 to the "2" Key)you see two blinks

Type keys 1 2 3 4 5 in sequence
' s& C# [0 U3 {" RPlayer displays SUCCESS in the blue display and the player comes on
% z' r9 D' ~# e+ H; OType keys 1 2 3 4 5 in sequence and the player goes off.
Unplug the AC power for 5 seconds
