T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
' I2 w7 K x0 h3 t! _Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive); e# h! P2 X8 P) B3 Y; t
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.2 \' Y5 f' g( \+ U H V
5 U( n* b$ C5 ?R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
& W' p* g3 ^8 Y+ vAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
5 \& K } l$ t4 N; z ( D4 {) M" c8 p; A" m3 Q1 e9 z6 a
注意 Note：
0 B! X2 h* i" Y另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
9 I7 u- X9 J& L( E3 D4 J7 ~One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
( o! v' q( A& N E 4 }: y% N8 k- M: x1 b
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
5 \- L+ U. b% K5 [Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!2 u0 o& x% a$ q& |0 @1 c
