The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.6 g* U+ V5 I, [$ u t

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

4 c$ z& _7 T3 ~• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities ( j. D6 x; x5 t' W; i
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 5 X0 S# Y% J5 K3 |
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities4 ]# S, @( H- i
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services- w/ Q; x! i/ I; [. P
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities' L& g- A& E( Y1 w6 P5 X

Program Delivery
- t* X4 @! t8 z# D• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program " ] J8 T* E$ U7 U7 P
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes# T: }' Y+ e" S" E
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required- {% x9 v0 I# |& ^
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication1 y- `5 Z4 Z: n( y
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested: V9 z* T# q9 _7 O% M
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department* h; ^: j5 q2 ^6 [1 V
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program& S* U; K% k& O" J0 w
• Implement service modification, as required

• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
$ K. R% e/ ^" h" u• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required6 [4 \! W5 \: @8 ~/ H# I

- ?/ R( `0 J4 p- `2 N" ?• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
* q4 |. M. w, o5 ]2 s' z• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities( i$ ^$ v8 K6 p. L
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience$ x4 ~. H3 f& ^( d5 ~5 n
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations

• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
