The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

. H! _3 a0 V! v2 [( \7 Z- F% {1 p1 R" FThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.- u4 ^: h6 b3 n Z; V

Job Duties/Responsibilities:8 t m& U- v# H0 ` D
• Human Resources Management& d6 G. f. ^3 ]: G4 P
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
+ X, d0 P: n/ I3 U6 S6 x7 Y5 Q6 l• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors - E$ { Y7 }1 H1 H
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
t$ U+ u: R8 `5 o• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services7 J* M5 G; Q8 N& P$ f
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities4 M6 \& i: C* N7 Q
9 y5 V( M- c" W5 b* _% IProgram Delivery. J& p! q7 u2 b' {" T1 U$ s
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
! Y/ h5 g, a) i$ _' V, Z9 L* u• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes0 W# r( L* j6 g6 {6 |
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required! H p: ~# y) l6 y
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
3 f2 M7 a" p8 }• Review service action plans and support programs as requested) E# u7 y7 h4 J, u/ G5 _, P: A! m. M
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department4 D( v) L. I* q, S- p
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program
* z! _- v1 S, u9 b• Implement service modification, as required

Administration
# d$ V, t+ c* m1 T! y• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director6 B% w0 U; ^) k* A* L
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
6 U- {# Z: ]1 x& A• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required: \3 J0 q( ?9 e# o O6 `
1 f" y- d0 x# D- }Qualifications:

! D$ ]9 M5 V' J8 |* `. c. j• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
' Y2 d5 X; X* f$ n! A( {3 w9 d• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
* B/ t& Y" ~, U- z) M7 R+ U• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
% i t M- E0 h$ o' G9 _+ p• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
7 s' w% c$ M8 B( ?, L! E9 |8 p• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
