The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.; T& D W2 K7 A5 a7 K, s

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Human Resources Management" C( V; w& n, b- I. j _9 g
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
2 Y" C8 C7 P) m- U. \( a• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 4 a% o G8 [$ s$ G' @
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
0 A9 A& H& V. q: [2 o' Y. G2 v( a• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services8 W4 r& d f/ }. g
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities8 n+ i f$ W1 u% O: ~6 u4 ^
. Q: z- }. W+ pProgram Delivery( A) f/ m& r3 @5 ` S: |/ }: M9 w
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
8 A: o7 B0 |5 b( _• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
U1 \. i( g' K( D• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
+ t: ~* W" F( n3 A& |• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication7 T+ w! i+ C, g4 R* o$ y, p
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested

• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program3 K5 K/ z0 m0 l1 q: w6 G: m
• Implement service modification, as required

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director; O# D" g# P% }, H; k7 d z

• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

Qualifications:9 T1 U, y) v& g1 S: V
k# Y) T$ e% g0 h
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
0 J2 V7 n; Q8 c" x• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
" I+ L4 }& y- Q& K2 {3 [• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience2 i/ D: g% A+ w% e [* ?
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
