. H+ I2 k0 }1 w9 }1 P! J/ ^4 {Police said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.

- ?: `+ v. W B$ Q4 q0 _- TStauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment. As this was not the first time he lost contact with his family, they did not report him missing until March 6.
