Housing Program Worker

- S1 d; V: x0 \( O* c! T* ?Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
) |* b) D6 H1 N* y# {: k/ M$ }2 z To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
0 d3 a. M% l  o8 G To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
+ D( `' @5 [2 Z- Z To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

7 w9 S5 G" {7 E& s: w5 zQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
5 }* d# I7 y9 e( Y 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
1 G$ f( B; N6 e$ D7 t0 E Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
