Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
( }7 H5 C4 x9 _7 R To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
, b) _" B' N, }2 M3 o To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
0 L9 x. e& A5 j4 C To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
7 R5 D. u  t- f! B# b5 D. E To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
: X3 S  R& X) j8 r+ V Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
( B: c; j0 M" j Current CPR and First Aid certifications
1 \; [" E* u% F! ^+ j5 R Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
