Key Responsibilities:
4 \+ n2 K: x6 k6 I0 L0 E To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
7 w# W: u2 v+ B. }$ ]$ f$ ~ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
' O$ I, E4 W1 p1 P To help promote the program in the community.
9 ^# W. [1 E2 n6 b0 d- Q5 I. L To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
- a7 m; a- O8 D* Y To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
# X- o2 s5 O) g5 V- A3 S- E To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
