0 _, N7 b+ b: KResponsibilities:
% Z5 {  l1 C$ q0 Y- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
, L" E7 _+ x" ~9 R  I- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
% E0 r+ V" u& ]+ t5 ?- communication skills
; z/ V. D3 [' d; Q; H- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
4 r2 b; M3 [  F7 E) s- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
# b+ H' O% e9 \. }3 D1 Z- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  R4 d6 g# S; k& ^& [2 b  s

- must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Salary

* d5 i& |* k" C- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
