provide services for Chinese community
! V8 W& @9 a: }: Q- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of ; I; M3 Q; W3 N
social services
) ]2 h% d0 Z; E- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies8 t% x9 H( f$ |1 J% s$ u
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members+ x+ O. m; {) c
- update ASSIST website
$ X. ]/ x: d! }/ Q! v- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre% r' g* k. X# y) I. _& K
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- update membership database

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of & J/ w+ j& i/ K; C

- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
# U [4 W8 }! {4 j1 T3 Q9 e2 E2 M- experience in community work and immigrant services [! C; u9 _/ w- T R w+ E. f0 Y
- experience in website update/design" @. L% P' ^" Z9 z5 n
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
