Responsibilities:
" Z) z6 N- N4 e: _) _. o7 X& b" m-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
$ K& a# W; r8 ^+ o) t-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
& \3 {" r6 j5 t& A( q- a-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

) d* W& V0 m1 e$ S8 U# vQualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
2 O$ N" v4 l$ u1 G$ K" Y6 R2 B-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
$ G) M) X% x! V! {-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
" y" y; h+ Q& n  X& M-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
  w" A' w0 C  ?0 A-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
/ d5 H3 n6 ^: W-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
8 n: C' e0 T, I' j- x/ ~        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
