' {. r  \( l& I-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
6 d( x6 R; v: M6 |; t8 ~        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
* m! ^! f/ X9 R: {7 Y5 V-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
* e2 F7 y: `5 H0 d1 U3 `        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
2 k* e6 S$ b5 m3 V-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
, z/ B2 Y: n/ q-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
: j! J) P0 G# W, i2 L% F-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
2 K+ t; Y5 c9 s6 p7 A1 V-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

% Q; e( k& c6 i-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
( K+ |0 {, Y0 q        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
