Responsibilities:
4 Y# a/ q7 H, P# e& f. n/ i- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
1 J. @9 @8 |- g" s. W preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
! B. M5 R9 G( l& R& P- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
0 e- B& I; Z& x2 r5 @- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
$ U! V6 z; I, B- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program

- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

Qualifications:
% q& I6 _0 {/ d; c- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
' y& R4 H: B, y, `" R Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
% H% f" J0 {0 l; G* G- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children! ^6 ]' e, [' q! z
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
3 Q4 y I+ O8 R: b/ k' J3 w* J' ~- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities3 x L+ v2 e( [5 f' _) i- J
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
- t$ q$ r1 Y0 i6 s9 G, X6 K and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps). C/ r9 T" r* L1 C9 l
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
