Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
$ z7 y$ ]9 W. ~, J- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
+ a8 V' O; `4 S- H" j0 N& ]) e! e- Paying attention to details;
" g  C3 V9 z7 [5 b- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

# x/ z3 R7 V4 I2 e. Z7 Q) G- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
: D' U1 Q8 E1 J! l0 ?- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
$ \+ {$ E6 ?; C, M5 |. M- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
