" d! Q3 M6 x/ t$ n- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);

- Paying attention to details;' ?1 w/ c( h" a i& ~
- Good time management and organizational skills required;

* t4 F5 \3 v6 U- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;$ ]7 P# v3 Z0 H7 X' X; M- T9 z
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
( j8 v% J+ ~* ?- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
6 L& Q& \9 |6 e$ E, \- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
3 Z5 h. }( w. e9 K; Q' F- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
