Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
" x, V9 g% J8 V. d$ AResponsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
( _$ q1 K; A& g- Supervise volunteer(s)
/ W  L# U& T' r5 j, q- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:
/ _+ {% e  k' d& b) k
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
$ y# {3 {! R) q1 Z! f- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
