9 n- w$ n! U, DPosition: Community Rehabilitation Outreach Coordinator / Wage: $19.20 -24.08 Hr. 35 hours week / Terms: Permanent Full Time / Closing Date: Position remains open until suitable candidate is found.

8 |% J' M6 e% E. NAbstract: the position provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counseling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe and persistent mental illness.

) Y3 l0 p3 g4 R; d# s7 u0 c6 L3 IRequired: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
