一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

' x/ W; Q. r, [% Y$ U% q前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

0 l( n! O& p' \# M: P1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

- e- ~$ _4 ~& q4 {2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
