由于组织一项如花市这般庞大的活动，必须很大的人力与财力。人力方面，我们依赖热心的义工与本中心职员及部份董事局成员合作，组成筹委会，群策群力。除了筹委会之外，我们更依赖超过一百多个现场工作的义工与及几百位表演嘉宾。

! j6 O9 k) Q, J8 h- W% s本中心与首都银行(Servus Credit Union)再次携手于二零零九年 一月二十四至二十五日（年廿九及年卅晚）首次在西点商场溜冰场 (WestEdmonton Mall, Ice Palace) 内举行年宵花市。 举办年宵花市目的有三﹕首先是为本中心筹募经费；其次是通过文艺表演来推广中华文化；其三是与众同乐，共庆新春。

! Q( ]0 y' H$ N$ {* d5 Y# f现场工作工作包括﹕询问处、入场\离场、接待表演嘉宾、接待开幕剪彩嘉宾、表演台幕后工作、巡场等等。目前我们仍然在招募成年义工。我们诚意邀请你参与工作。请打电话到本中心（780）424-8124 报名。

财力方面，我们则依靠赞助、捐款、入场费与及售卖奖券。为了年宵花市能够大众化，我们将会与往年一样，只是象征式收两元入场费，小童十岁以下免费。行花市，做善事，何乐而不为？

% N4 A& s2 ?" J1 J& j7 k我们的筹款奖券已经在五月份开始售卖，奖品丰富，包括首都银行一千元现金定期存款；加华旅游公司价值一千元之二人旅游温哥华、维多利亚巴士套票；及龙廷大酒楼三百元豪华海鲜席。奖券每张二元，本中心有售，欲购从速。

Our celebration this year will take place at
the Ice Palace of the West Edmonton Mall (Entrance #48)
We wish to thank you for volunteering to help us with our Lunar New Year celebration.
% Y# x3 i# p' i% BOur event will have a variety of booths selling Chinese arts and crafts, Chinese New Year novelties,
books, CDs, DVDs, purses, clothing, flowers and plants, just to name a few.
# f& p  G: X' B( eThere will be continuous performances on stage to compliment the event.  
; P& z4 g- ^8 K! D% s首先谢谢您的义工精神及服务社会的热心。
" k; \, M2 o& J; A% ?, _今年年宵花市将会在西点商场溜冰场举行（第四十八号入口）。有文艺表演及预计有超过五十个展览或销售摊位。
届时将会有数十个摊位摆卖各种贺年礼品、饰物、食物、年花等，还有多项精彩表演节目
6 z+ e; x- e# j" E' J如醒狮、太极及功夫表演、京剧、粤剧、国乐演奏、歌唱、舞蹈等等。

4.        Please do not bring valuables with you.  As the Organizer, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of any articles or valuables.  请勿携带任何贵重物品。大会不会负责任何物品的损失。
