我只有7号牌,没有5号牌,没有办法开车.

first, i suggest to take driver training.

with a qualified instructor. you should
have good car control skills. then whenever

! S! B! U  D# S4 B3 Xsitting beside must have a non-gdl license.

hopefully, by the time you are ready (after 1 year) for
7 o" K9 O% G* ~5 u" {3 p/ h9 Cthe road test. you should have accumulated over 400 hours
. s, N1 P" d% N* U( aof driving time on you belt. passing that simple road test
0 V' Q7 [/ C1 f: {( o( qshould be a piece of cake.

是可以， 但是出了事故， 这位5号高级牌的兄弟保险要涨很多

没办法,只能多等上1年,慢慢熬吧,日子过得很快的

不差这一年，很快就过去。有7号牌可以到驾校学车了。
