know this project has been downsized from $3.2 billion to $1.3 billion. We now know that/ T8 a% Y" K( x; G9 x6 m
the number of field trades people will be dropped from 1800 to 300. Now we are also being , ~7 I# J3 P+ M! ]* b2 V7 gtold that by the end of December there will be no LOA offered. At this point I do not know 3 I, }( i3 c5 p% [if this includes the MNU or SEP projects which should wind up in the spring of 2009.
