育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，% U7 j$ ^0 f/ Z9 h5 O
九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并& a% V* c0 L m0 [( b+ _* ]( D$ S
协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路
( L% A) [; q, M8 I+ f线(离体育馆最近的东门或北门)。休息期间绝对不要在校内到处闲逛。还有一点很8 J# u6 q5 r+ \+ C' _) U4 Q- _
重要：我们活动的所有人员对任何不遵守活动的行为都有权劝说，警告和制止。因

3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are
. E* C/ m1 a, d& J8 k& B& rNOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas6 \* i$ P5 y! H3 F
that are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every/ i8 E2 a8 K4 X1 @ f; M
endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the
& {) p* |4 u" n- N+ E3 Mwork load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening
1 d/ o! \$ E2 k+ t6 z# Oin the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in8 I1 J# D6 _; J8 l) u5 L
