The Organization: DECSA is a community based, non-profit organization with over 30 years of experience in the development of services designed to assist individuals with employment barriers to achieve paid employment. ! Y/ n4 a% N, Q# @
1 c$ M: I" Z+ G; X; f4 \8 i2 _DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

) D3 F7 {& |8 v3 k, P1 ^6 oAbstract: (2) unique/new employment opportunities in the Transitions Program. As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports.

Key Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent.

The ideal candidate has a background working with people with disabilities & has the ability to actively market/place clients in the current local labour market. Position # 08-09-01.
