Car maintenance questions

: H* R. _- [' `! j+ d4 rI have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:
% F) Z9 Z* U0 f! h' N: [! G
1. Transmission flush 219.95
2 {* R) M. O. k' W6 c' R2. Power steering flush         99.95        
' F7 d5 w( c6 m: {3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
; K1 x4 m. M0 B/ k$ ^5. Major Emission service        174.95
* g: a; W6 h1 Q2 B% ~/ F9 t6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

. W; u0 s) M5 R' dThat's why the vehecle resale value in north america is so poor, lots of people just dont maintain their cars and still complaint their cars are carppy. But, that's a good thing for car dealers and techs like me. I can earn more money

我定期换机油，觉得这个保养就足够了。
