Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

  j% [- L- A- u" W' g" M9 X1. Transmission flush 219.95
6 I' ]2 m$ p+ x* P$ D2. Power steering flush         99.95        
) V0 x$ J6 J" P% c3 T3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
# A( F+ C5 a# D  [6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
, q5 x2 |0 A( L* n: Z
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
