Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

1. Transmission flush 219.95
! n1 d7 _6 V* `5 y2. Power steering flush         99.95        
  R8 `* G* C, l4 X6 ~' ?3. Brake flush         99.95
. i2 C7 J4 C7 {* W4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
5 n- e1 M, n4 n) Y" m( P! k' k4 S6 w. |9 _- y6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

3 L0 `# G! t0 l9 A7 k( ?0 l$ }Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

5 w# l$ j: e9 w8 i# CThat's why the vehecle resale value in north america is so poor, lots of people just dont maintain their cars and still complaint their cars are carppy. But, that's a good thing for car dealers and techs like me. I can earn more money

3 K6 x0 t7 K  |至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
