& [9 L6 f8 f9 }$ B3 [# Y6 v3 N) nPosition Abstract: responsible for the administration, supervision/management of a comprehensive volunteer program that supports CKUA Radio's mission, vision and strategic plan, this full time position also supervises any support resources required to administer the functions of the volunteer department.

$ B9 `: ^2 @& C2 y8 K5 i2 IKey Responsibilities: volunteer recruitment, development/implementation of a volunteer recognition program, training volunteers, development of policy &  procedures that support the volunteer program, administering a volunteer record keeping system. PLUS: responsible for working with CKUA's nine Volunteer Chapters located throughout Alberta by providing them with guidelines, operating processes & training.

Qualifications: formal training in a post secondary program of study geared to volunteer management/experience working with volunteers in a charitable organization essential; experience working in a unionized environment is desired. Some travel required.
