You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. 5 R' i" G6 f8 N8 X3 O& x

Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
