Position Abstract: responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors and organizes the Re-Enactments. The Program Coordinator oversees matters related to site maintenance, board, donor and volunteer databases, and administrative duties related to fund-development activities and is an integral part of the Re-enactment Program.$ K7 [" O- _6 g. a

Key Tasks: establishing/maintaining relationships with volunteers, police and media; administers all board activities, including Board meetings, AGM, committee meetings, ensures up-to-date policy manuals; manages accounts receivables/payables, payroll & prepares monthly financial statements (knowledge of Simply Accounting an asset).

% x/ z- p( |; [+ assists with Special Events/fund development activities; coordinates the set-up of shoots including preparation of props, permission to use sites, acquiring needed vehicle, manages volunteer actors; liaises with schools, businesses and community organizations.0 _' B. _8 Y4 u( B, I6 p c
; i2 V7 m6 w: i2 V2 mEssential Qualifications: exceptional organizational/time management skills and the ability to multi-task; must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills; a valid Driver's License & access to a vehicle; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Simply Accounting and @Ease experience an asset; experience in the non-profit sector preferred. ; U& b" X- S7 Q: a8 J$ c& y
