We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

2 G- o% {$ J; cDuties:
6 s6 ]  M( F2 M9 u2 Y* J" W  ~•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
% A7 _* @- ]2 C+ o0 s% e•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
; B2 |5 o2 Y% m' I9 l3 b& Q•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
. t3 o4 x( w3 ]; o% O& O" g•        Degree in the area of human services;
% ~) v2 \% Q. d' I•        Able to travel extensively ;
1 r8 _+ z6 n5 F5 }$ t0 _0 b3 W/ e•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
% |' e3 k3 E7 z) l5 w7 L+ ^•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
