We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
/ k! }; V+ s; U/ N
0 G. n% O1 y" t7 c: C* YDuties:
9 w1 W, G: \1 r; T9 r7 p; [. z, N•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
7 s% f8 A3 t8 n•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
# d% H* G( [3 Q4 ^& b" G•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
3 V, `3 h+ X5 M! t0 [2 q' B•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
$ d4 o, ]5 `! ~& h+ f" r5 ]•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
+ w1 l0 g: @2 r* }, r% b•        Degree in the area of human services;
. V. L4 ~# J, p" M( A. N' x" g8 M•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
1 V+ j/ m" a( Q4 ^  @1 w4 C, S& F" Z•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
* Z0 Q2 {: E6 }" C: R3 e•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
