, b/ r2 c6 q. ]7 J2 [ We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

6 t) |& j+ E0 V& iDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
* P7 j+ m' ?8 k•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
2 f. n: T1 \5 x) P•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
) S/ Q0 s7 _  _& T+ ~: l•        Degree in the area of human services;
) P. b$ Y$ D- [% ?( s4 A& U0 W* A9 u•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
, _3 b4 ?, ~0 A. U  X9 T3 F- {1 ?" P•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
$ S+ ?) y" ~" B8 g+ J•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
