A major industrial project has been put on hold in the Edmonton region because of high costs and a lack of skilled workers.

+ Z$ {/ b% |: B, P4 w) JBA Energy's Heartland heavy-oil upgrader was under construction in Strathcona County, but the multibillion-dollar project now will be shelved for at least four years.

1 C( L$ o: f" Y; l不过小项目还是有的，比如UMICORE的钴冶炼及合成氨扩建项目，法液空（AIR LIQUEDE）的20寸15KM高压碳氢气体管线扩建等等。
