昨日清晨又发生了两起谋杀案

第一起事件发生于whitemud drive附近，一位30岁的男子死于枪击，警察称之为黑帮火并。

大约山地时间清晨2:20左右，警察接到报警电话，在whitemud drive,170street附近，一辆银色Infiniti正遭到枪击。

目前尚未发现嫌疑人，也没有人被拘捕。


一男性遇刺身亡

几乎在与上一枪击案发生的同时，一位男性遇刺身亡，而其他几位则被警察拘捕。据爱民屯警察新闻发布会透露，事情起因于两个帮派在后院小道上的争吵。

在大约山地时间凌晨2:45左右，警察发现一辆车正在靠近Whyte Avenue的Gateway Boulevard上逆向行驶。

In the first incident, a 30-year-old man is dead in what police are calling a "gang motivated" shooting near Whitemud Drive, the Edmonton Police Service said in a press release.

One male passenger fled from the vehicle before police arrived, and reports indicate a small white car was seen fleeing the scene after the shots were fired.

No suspects have been identified and no one is in custody.

7 d$ [# G! S( u5 i9 qMeanwhile, one male is dead and another is in police custody after an altercation between two groups in an alley early Sunday morning, according to an EPS press release.

At approximately 2:45 a.m. MT, officers spotted a vehicle being driven the wrong way on Gateway Boulevard near Whyte Avenue.

9 h! A9 Q$ K2 F! `Upon stopping the car, the officers learned that one of the passengers, a 24-year-old male, was seriously injured.

He was taken to hospital, where he died of his injuries.

' p, b  z, n1 A! \' NA police investigation revealed that the three male occupants of the vehicle had been involved in a physical altercation with two other males and a female near an alley south of Whyte Avenue, between Gateway Boulevard and Calgary Trail, which resulted in one male being stabbed.

. v. n; ~, A) w- @! BThe three suspects were located by police immediately following the vehicle stop. A 32-year-old male is in custody and charges are pending.

Police said the individuals are not known to each other and the incident does not appear to be gang- or drug-related.

Officers are investigating the circumstances that led to the altercation.
