General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.) D$ Y/ S2 U3 h* E

Accounting and Admin:
% f1 J5 _' I1 C3 t5 L3 L" ~1 Io Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
- O1 c% {/ @7 ~: fo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
* W' Z, `% R! P7 jo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
4 N$ U( K- Y: ]7 q; f; uo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
e! Z+ {" W0 C0 l: S% Bo Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department., q5 @/ e3 r9 w$ p3 p% o1 e3 k
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
/ D- r" A+ ]* d2 E* }2 g4 S/ Mo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.1 b: l- G( ?* h# F* g
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
, j. Z0 u! [9 ] d0 a! g6 To Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.* P# P0 m) W6 N0 D( ^

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.# F. y% z* ~7 P
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
3 O4 r8 p) S+ r Yo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
$ I Z/ L5 w4 g7 n2 v A/ Go Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
5 Z6 }7 W- ^; k; LClerical:
I f$ r$ q$ co Telephone and reception.& T5 L+ d2 k* O6 W
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server." p, \1 M) ^1 z# r
o Hotel and travel bookings.( n4 Z1 j4 @- ^
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
" h. c& ^. U: T& F$ ~4 ^# m6 Vo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.. U3 [, S' g3 t
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
