S7 a! e6 {# u3 i( KGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.: d6 m6 o1 @. \

Accounting and Admin:
+ @: R3 [* w: a; |2 }6 {o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
b3 F4 d9 X5 t1 |o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.8 P* d1 E A6 S8 L! J7 ?
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.' z* W, W& L e9 B
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.% e$ r; N9 @0 [$ a
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.5 a9 Y# k. f6 i6 ~
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
" P+ W K4 V9 g1 o" i$ Ro Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
1 `8 t! m* }/ jo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization." h: }; Q% _) y/ L, {1 O
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.3 a, ^: F, M) A1 p. S6 F& [
Operational:! K* I+ I+ _9 G2 ~; e
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
; h: X& I/ V4 p- `4 B* R4 yo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
, \* E; C' W3 K! [o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.* n4 g" K; `& U( S
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

% I' [/ f, F+ S- ]1 R/ P2 uo Telephone and reception.4 s- I1 {+ Y! U3 X# R
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
/ l. V W% {3 U; bo Hotel and travel bookings.3 @% u" {$ z& |# y4 g
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
+ L: o5 Q: |" X& V0 G6 h5 V+ Go Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required., v' q; r$ R/ N. @/ `; j5 f

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.8 R1 J6 X O Y& ~6 Y2 `
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.+ G; r9 J3 l/ u

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
