- {9 k' t6 L3 V& ~3 nAbstract: reporting to the Manager, Member Relations & Communications, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Member Relations & Communications Team through timely distribution of materials and merchandise, support in event registrations, onsite event assistance, database maintenance, invoice maintenance, and reception relief. 8 N. Key duties include: Volunteer Program; coordinate kits for volunteers; manage lists of potential volunteers/updating Dbase; provide administrative support (logistic for meetings, agendas, minutes and distributing materials) for various committees and; coordinate targeted mailings. . h9 P  ?6 q) e  U6 X1 y0 u7 [; V2 S

7 ?% [6 w* C( y, `, wRecognition Portfolio: manage lists of targeted individuals/update Dbase; assist with assembling materials for nominations for community awards and coordinate targeted mailings.1 y' L$ s5 |! s& H4 S! s5 @$ J

Spot light Magazine/Invoicing: receive/organize invoices for various activities; coordinate invoicing process and organize filing system for invoices. " N! n7 ?5 _$ p( u4 @6 j, }

Qualifications: a diploma in office administration combined with some work experience. Additional administrative experience will be considered in lieu of formal post secondary education.

4 D- J  l2 i% q$ q( g6 \The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and have experience with a variety of software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet. In addition good oral, written, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work within a team setting are required.
