比端盘子挣的多，
8 L$ a# f7 R7 ]7 I而且不见得累到哪里，
" D" b! R6 I  B- A- r5 H语言要求也还可以，
# \: [3 D0 f! K基本对话能听懂就好，
而且时间上比较自由。
9 s+ E) S7 G& N) S* i4 Y0 M3 z7 w只是一开始的时候就要求有first aid证书，
这个可能需要先考一下了。
对于家里有孩子的，
或者有带过孩子的经验的就够了，
甚至学生也是可以的。
$ i* ]; W. T+ L  ]( _* `# h9 i, H9 x所以，有兴趣的，试试发个简历吧。。。

YWCA的counselling部门pay的高，
) y7 _, \0 T8 `& B6 F$ I* j学历够，经验够，语言好的可以pay到一小时20多，
& B7 ^( T0 N/ ?还只是每星期来个２次，
接待一下，咨询一下很轻松的。。。
当兼职做很不错。。。

小声嘀咕一句。。。
还怕您达不到要求呢。。。

不知道什么语的腔调的人做这个的有的是。。
甚至有很多有full time工作的也来申请个part time干干呢。
你想要工资高的部门也有。。
: n( v) V* L; R9 _YWCA里有一种FOSTER家庭，
就是类似领养，让他们住在自己家里，
3 P0 i. `" b, c; I+ W' Q平时带着看看病，出去玩玩，
( ^% H; s0 J3 j& y, ]( O一个月３、４千的收入，
而且这些收入完全不用交税。。。
( E+ n1 f, J7 b/ w0 L比我这个全职的挣的还多。。。
要不，考虑下这个？？

其实啰嗦归啰嗦，
: {8 \9 n$ M6 F! s; o% u% J, B还是希望能对大家有所帮助，
或者有所启示。。。
找工作也不一定要盯着洗碗那种地方。

这个地方的工作除了前面提到过的好处外，
; l9 e- P& i" `* N# u我想还有几方面，
% l8 V+ H' s  A  s) X: Z4 G第一，可以真切的了解到加拿大社会，及它的福利政策，
第二，可以了解到真实的人们的生活，
第三，可以多练习英语。
8 C, n* X+ r* |# q0 Y# G5 N第四，以后找工作时候就有很好的推荐人了。

也许有些人觉得这是伺候人的活儿不屑去做，
但是对于刚刚在一个新的坏境里起步的人来讲，
$ v' c  Q" E. E7 b  H不是所有的人都可以一下找到薪水很好的工作，
不是所有的人都可以找到一个没有歧视的环境，
从艰难处起步，未必不是人生另一种风景。。。。

赫赫，经验是什么？
5 U" X" F% ~8 w' b* p& H4 P经验是一步步做出来的。。。
* X/ r: z/ m7 a# t当然也要靠学习。。。
+ c2 O) \1 J9 e+ y) ~做过了，就有经验了。。。
YWCA提供相应方面员工培训，
比如医药知识，行为管理等。。。
