- Z4 P* F3 x4 [. d! Ko Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program
& `- x2 c1 W+ C4 E/ U/ k) ^o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program9 ]7 [* b. c$ K1 [1 e) W
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program: I) Z9 W& n$ N. R
o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program
- P u2 A+ s# d3 ], t! H% g8 go Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program7 z+ t1 W* [* R) x# U: S4 n: Y4 n
o Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
8 f' d0 H+ s% G5 m# T* jo Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model5 a2 d% n3 i% j) N8 E. H0 c
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre, |0 `! U: g1 C! l, p
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues, }* B" p2 f; A( A k+ b$ B! X1 n
o Be open and willing to explore new ideas
, b9 u4 u# O* f3 d. v. X9 no Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends" L4 e% g' c$ M9 p0 l8 m V
o Be energetic, enthusiastic and most importantly, sense of humor

o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
: A4 l- k( Q" G/ Ho Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset7 k/ v3 a# k; F, l; n
o Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
$ {% S# Z1 R2 ?- z+ ?o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, h6 j1 p% |* t
o Willingness to learn3 V) ~6 J) X* S7 f" f1 x
