: N6 \0 W, K3 t6 no Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program
6 J- z0 d% }# c6 B1 wo Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program) [* x5 L) @, m( e4 Q
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
/ d1 A* Z, F9 ~o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program
# c: J( e. e& z7 w4 d4 Q! Qo Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
5 V5 C. @. r2 q1 Lo Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
) b* y4 e1 f5 F6 P$ C7 w* U8 to Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
& t, r" `" y9 v/ Y2 E( \+ Oo Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre) G% Q/ D$ S4 i) s+ K( P
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues v( D# ?/ U& j, r: `5 k j
o Be open and willing to explore new ideas3 E z- F; U _5 z: D
o Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
: i( C, H6 G8 }9 M: ]o Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
/ E& o! Y$ w7 D* Q$ W; Zo Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset" D4 K J7 U+ \; J6 h, v& e
o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

o Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
